45 ozPinto Beans, canned

28 ozCanned Red Tomatos

1 1/2 tspCumin Seed

1 tspChili Powder

1/4 tspCayenne Pepper

1/2 tspTable Salt
Directions
1. In a large, high-sided skillet, saute onion in oil until soft.2. Add garlic, beans, tomatoes, cumin, chili, pepper and salt. Stir.
3. Using a potato masher or large fork, break up the beans and tomatoes until only slightly lumpy. Heat through and serve.
