Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb 
    Beef Shortribs, raw
  • 1/2 cup 
    Onions
  • 1 tbls 
    Regular Margerine
  • 1/2 tsp 
    Black Pepper
  • 4 tsp 
    Sugar, granulated
  • 1 tsp 
    Yellow Mustard Seed
  • 1 tsp 
    Table Salt
  • 1 tsp 
    Paprika
  • 4 tsp 
    KRAFT Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 cup 
    Catsup
  • 1/4 cup 
    Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup 
    Water

Directions

1. In a large skillet, saute onions with margarine and add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes.

2. baste ribs with sauce and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours.

3. Drain off fat, baste again, and bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.

4. Suggested to serve with steamed vegetables and corn.
