Sautéed Apples with Onions and Red Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 4 med 
    Apples
  • 2 med 
    Onions
  • 1/2 head 
    Red Cabbage
  • 3 tbls 
    Cider Vinegar
  •  
    Cooking Spray
  • 1 tbls 
    Olive Oil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350º F.

2. Sauté apples, onions, and cabbage separately in different skillets with a small amount of olive oil. Saute each just until cooked through.

3. After sauteing cabbage, add 3 tablespoons of cider vinegar to the cabbage.

4. Place sauteed apples, onions, and cabbage in a large mixing bowl. Toss lightly.

5. empty into a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover the pan loosely with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve.
