Orange Poppyseed Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3 cup 
    Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, bleached
  • 2 1/4 cup 
    Sugar, granulated
  • 1 1/2 tsp 
    Leavening Agents
  • 1 1/2 tsp 
    Table Salt
  • 1/4 cup 
    Poppy Seed
  • 3 med 
    Egg
  • 1 cup 
    Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup 
    Corn Oil
  • 1 1/2 cup 
    Orange Juice
  • 2 tsp 
    Orange Peel

Directions

1. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and poppyseeds and set aside.

2. Whisk eggs, sour cream, oil, orange juice and extract and add dry ingredients just until moistened.

3. Divide batter into 2 4 greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
