1 tblsSoy Sauce

1 tblsCider Vinegar

Directions
1. Combine red wine, sherry, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade.2. Place beef flank steak in a plastic bag; add remaining marinade, turning to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours, turning occasionally.
3. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
4. Place steak and bell pepper halves on grill over medium coals. Grill for 12 to 15 minutes, for rare to medium and until bell peppers are tender, turning steak and bell pepper halves once. Brush steak with reserved marinade before turning.
5. Carve steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices and serve with bell peppers.
