Baked Beans and Mixed Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 
    Onions
  • 1 clove 
    Garlic
  • 1 tbls 
    Margarine, soft
  • 1 1/2 tsp 
    Curry Powder
  • 1/2 tsp 
    Allspice
  • 1/2 tsp 
    Cayenne Pepper
  • 15 oz 
    Beans, navy, mature seeds, canned
  • 30 oz 
    Kidney Beans, canned
  • 1 1/2 cup 
    Peaches, canned
  • 1/2 cup 
    Fruit Salad, canned in water
  • 1/2 cup 
    Mangos
  • 1/2 cup 
    Canned Pear Nectar
  • 3 tbls 
    Cider Vinegar

Directions

1. In a skillet, saute onion and garlic in margarine for about 5 minutes.

2. Stir in curry powder, allspice, and red pepper. Cook for 2 minutes longer.

3. Mix all ingredients in 2 1/2 -quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.

4. Bake, uncovered, about 15 minutes longer, for a thicker consistency. Serve.
