Ingredients

    Raw Chicken Breast
  • 2 tbls 
    Soybean Oil
  • 2 tbls 
    Soy Sauce

    SALAD
  • 6 cup 
    Spinach, raw
  • 1 cup 
    Apples
  • 1/4 cup 
    Peanuts
  • 1/4 cup 
    Raisins, seedless
  •  
    DRESSING
  • 1/3 cup 
    Soybean Oil
  • 1/4 cup 
    Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup 
    Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbls 
    Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp 
    Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp 
    Yellow Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp 
    Table Salt

Directions

DRessING

1. Combine all dressing ingredients in blender. blend 15 seconds. Chill until ready to use.

2. In a skillet over medium-heat, add oil and saute chicken until no longer pink and tender. Add soy sauce to skillet; cook and stir for a few minutes longer. Remove from heat and set aside.

saLad

1. Combine spinach with dressing and toss. Divide into 6 plates. Divide chicken, apple, peanuts, raisins and place on top of spinach. Serve immediately.
