Italian Sautied Prawns

Ingredients

  • 1 tbls 
    Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp 
    Ground Basil
  • 1 whole 
    Shallots
  • 3/4 lb 
    Raw Shrimp
  • 1 med 
    Lemons, unpeeled
  • 1 dash 
    Table Salt
  • 1 dash 
    Black Pepper
  • 6 sprig 
    Parsley

Directions

1. Heat oil in a sauti pan or skillet and add basil and shallot; cook over low heat until soft, not brown.

2. Add prawns to pan and cook for 5 minutes over low heat or until prawns turn pink and are tender.

3. Squeeze lemon juice into pan over prawns. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley. Serve.
