Ingredients

    Carrots
  • 2 tbls 
    Bourbon
  • 1 tbls 
    Water
  • 1 tbls 
    Butter, with salt
  • 2 tsp 
    Spearmint
  • 1 dash 
    Salt
  • 1 dash 
    Pepper, black, ground

Directions

1. Place carrots, bourbon, water, and butter in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat about 5 minutes, or until carrots are crisp-tender.

2. Stir in mint. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
